Dr. Erica Koski has been a member of the Pet’s Friend Animal Clinic medical team since 2013 and became medical director in 2021. She was born and raised in the San Francisco East Bay, and spent her undergraduate years at California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo on the central coast. Upon completing her undergraduate studies, she moved back to the East Bay to work as a registered veterinary technician prior to attending veterinary school. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California at Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. Dr. Koski completed a one-year small animal internship in Santa Rosa prior to joining the Pet’s Friend Animal Clinic medical team.

When not at work Dr. Koski can be found spending time with her cats, Hunter and Zeke, visiting with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors exploring the many hiking and biking trails along the peninsula.
